Inkygoodness are doing this Totem Project in london, Bristol and Manchester and they are letting everyone join in my making a colouring in totem (link) that you can submit to their gallery. This is my entry.

So in the news of today one of my posters got chosen in the competition for the event called "SYNC" at the New Continental Pub in preston, it is held by "They Eat Culture". Link here

More sneak peeks of work I have been doing recently going very digital and trying to experiment with strong lighting and composition, as well as use simple shapes.

Sneak Preview

I'm working on a poster for a competition so I dont want to give everything away till the deadline but here is a sneak preview of what I've been working on all day. One thing that I have realised is that I need to work on my lighting and really think about where it comes from and what it affects and how to make it more dynamic.

Why is it?

Why is it when you have one idea you start playing around to get what you want and you end up at the complete other end of the spectrum of what you intended to do? oh....it’s called creativity! It always comes around when you least expect it

Handmade Typography trials

For Valentines day cards that will be on sale this week I've been playing around with hand made typography using brush and ink. I quite like this one.

Need a logo

Well I am currently trying to rewrite my CV and as always the question of branding came up. So I've been trying to come up with some kind of logo for my name..still very much in progress..

Something fishy

New Personal work. There isnt really an idea behind this one I just had this idea of some goldfish floating in mid-air around a red leaking circle.

I had this image in mind for a while and after buying the latest advance photoshop premium collection magazine there are LOTS of things I want to learn to do and want to play around with. Don't Panic - SAD

Don't Panic has a Poster competition every now and then and I decided to give it a go. This Poster theme was "SAD". I thought about it from point of view of the condition known as Seasonal Affective Disorder. Here are three images to show from my very first idea to refining it down to the final poster.
